This website is operated by Amr Attia, based in Egypt and Dubai.

Your account and content

Sign-in uses your ChatGPT account. The website receives an account identifier, your email and, when available, your name. You choose a public display name, roles and whether your profile appears in the member directory. Your email is not listed publicly.

Contact enquiries and design proposals go to the private studio inbox. Community contributions appear after review. Your display name and roles appear with the contributions you choose to publish.

Private conversations and proposals

Private messages require an accepted connection. Both participants can see the conversation. You can decline requests or block a connection. Reports are reviewed by the studio.

Investment proposals are expressions of interest for the studio to review. Matching alerts show a project label and proposed capital percentage. Your name and email are shared with a matched participant only after both of you consent and the studio approves the introduction. No investment funds or card payments are collected on this website.

Files and storage

Accounts, messages, enquiries and uploads are stored using the website’s hosting services. Full books require sign-in; priced editions also require access granted by the studio. Language preferences may be stored on your device. The room’s time of day uses your device clock, without requesting your location.

Your choices

You can update your public profile and withdraw proposals. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Amr on +971 50 543 6300 or +20 101 211 4779, or use the website’s Contact page. Records are retained to operate the service until they are removed or no longer needed.

A considerate community

Share only work you created or have permission to share. Respect other members, avoid publishing private contact details, and use the report option when something needs attention. The studio may hide content or pause participation.

The opening community conversations use fictional names. Illustrative stays are marked Coming soon and cannot be booked.
